The 93LC66AT-I/SN is a 4Kbit low-voltage serial Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM) with a dedicated 512 x 8-bit organization. This device utilizes low-power CMOS technology and operates on a wide supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V. It communicates via an industry-standard 3-wire serial interface at clock frequencies up to 2 MHz and features self-timed erase/write cycles and power-on/off data protection circuitry.
