The AT30TS74-XM8M-T is a high-precision digital temperature sensor designed for monitoring local temperatures in a compact 8-lead MSOP package. It operates on a single supply voltage from 1.7V to 5.5V and accurately measures temperatures across an industrial range of -55°C to +125°C. The device features user-configurable resolution from 9 to 12 bits (0.5°C to 0.0625°C) and communicates via a 2-wire I2C/SMBus compatible serial interface that supports high-speed mode up to 3.4 MHz. Additional features include programmable high and low temperature alarms, low power consumption with an active current of 85µA, and a shutdown mode.
