The HV219FG-G is an 8-channel, 200V high-voltage analog switch IC designed for high-performance applications. Manufactured using HVCMOS® technology, it features a low typical output on-resistance of 11Ω, very low quiescent power dissipation (-10µA), and a wide DC to 50MHz small signal frequency response. Control is managed via an 8-bit serial shift register with latches, and the device supports flexible high-voltage supply configurations. The combination of low resistance and low charge injection makes the HV219FG-G ideal for medical ultrasound imaging and non-destructive evaluation (NDE) systems.
