The G3VM-351A is a general-purpose, 1a (SPST-NO) MOS FET relay in a 4-pin DIP package designed for a wide range of switching applications. It features a high load voltage of 350V and can handle a continuous load current of 120 mA. This relay has a maximum ON-state resistance of 50 Ω, a typical turn-on time of 0.3 ms, and provides a high dielectric strength of 2,500 Vrms between the input and output.
