The ESD5Z2.5T1G is a transient voltage suppressor designed to protect sensitive components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and transient voltages. This device provides excellent clamping capability, with a maximum clamping voltage of 6.5 V at a 5.0 A peak pulse current and can handle a peak power dissipation of 110 W.
