The AQV255GS is a high-capacity PhotoMOS relay in a miniature SOP6-pin package, designed for both AC and DC applications. It features a load voltage rating of 80V and a continuous load current of 1.25A. Key characteristics include a low typical on-resistance of 0.09 Ω, an I/O isolation voltage of 1,500 Vrms, and a typical turn-on time of 1.3 ms. With its compact size and robust electrical specifications, this relay is an excellent replacement for traditional mercury and mechanical relays in applications such as security equipment, fire-prevention systems, and measuring instruments.
