AQW217 is a compact PhotoMOS relay designed for AC/DC dual-use applications with a 200V peak load voltage rating and 160 mA continuous load current capacity. The device features a miniature 8-pin DIP package measuring 6.4 × 9.78 × 3.9 mm, enabling integration into space-constrained applications. It offers extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage for precise control of low-level analog signals, with a maximum off-state leakage current of 1 µA and an on-resistance of 23 O (typical) at 5 mA LED current. The relay operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and provides 1,500 Vrms input/output isolation voltage. Typical applications include high-speed inspection machines, telephone equipment, and computer control systems where reliable, fast switching and low signal distortion are essential.
