The AQW254 is a PhotoMOS HE 2 Form A solid-state relay in a DIP8-pin package designed for high-sensitivity, low on-resistance switching applications. It features a typical on-resistance of 10.2O and can control a maximum load current of 0.16A with only 5mA input current, while supporting peak AC load voltages up to 400V. The device exhibits extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage for precise control of low-level analog signals without distortion, combined with a maximum off-state leakage current of 1µA and I/O isolation voltage of 1,500Vrms. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, the AQW254 is ideal for high-speed inspection machines, data communication equipment, and telephone systems requiring reliable, fast switching with minimal signal distortion.
