AQW614 is a PhotoMOS relay featuring both normally open (N.O.) and normally closed (N.C.) contacts integrated into a compact DIP8-pin package. It supports AC/DC dual-use load switching with a maximum load voltage of 400V and continuous load current up to 0.13A when using a single channel. The device operates with an LED input current of 5mA to 30mA, features low on-resistance of 27O (N.O.) and 50O (N.C.), and provides 1,500Vrms I/O isolation voltage. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and extremely low closed-circuit offset voltages, it enables control of small analog signals without distortion. Common applications include high-speed inspection machines, telephone equipment, computers, and sensing equipment where space-saving and reliable solid-state switching are required.
