AQY225R1SZ is a miniature PhotoMOS relay designed for low-level analog signal control with optimized performance for 80V AC/DC dual-use applications. The device features a typical output capacitance of 37.5 pF and on-resistance of 0.8 O, enabling efficient switching with minimal signal distortion. Housed in a compact SOP4-pin package measuring 4.3 × 4.4 × 2.1 mm, it supports continuous load currents up to 0.35 A and peak currents of 0.7 A. The relay offers excellent isolation with 1,500 Vrms I/O isolation voltage and operates reliably across -40°C to +85°C ambient temperature.
