The AQY282EHAX is a general-use, AC/DC type PhotoMOS relay designed for various control applications. It features a reinforced I/O isolation voltage of 5,000V AC and can switch a continuous load current of 500mA with a 60V load voltage. This relay is characterized by a low maximum ON resistance of 2.5 Ω and a low off-state leakage current of 1 µA. Its stable solid-state operation and wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C make it suitable for applications such as modems, telephone equipment, security systems, and sensors.
