The AQY410EHA is a normally-closed PhotoMOS relay featuring reinforced insulation rated at 5,000 V AC with a Form B output configuration. It is designed for AC/DC dual-use applications with a maximum load voltage of 350 V and continuous load current of 130 mA, utilizing a built-in MOSFET processed by Panasonic's proprietary DSD (Double-diffused and Selective Doping) method to achieve low on-resistance of 18 O typical. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with an I/O isolation voltage of 5,000 V AC, more than 0.4 mm internal insulation distance between inputs and outputs, and conforms to EN41003 and EN60950 standards for reinforced insulation. With a typical operate (OFF) time of 1.0 ms and reverse (ON) time of 0.3 ms, the relay can control low-level analog signals with extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage and minimal off-state leakage current of 10 µA maximum. Common applications include power supplies, measuring equipment, security systems, modems, telephone equipment, and sensing equipment where reliable isolation and low-distortion signal control are required.
