The AQZ105 is a DC-type PhotoMOS power relay designed for high-density mounting applications. It features a slim SIL4-pin package with dimensions of 3.5 mm (W) × 21.0 mm (D) × 12.5 mm (H), enabling compact circuit board integration. The device is rated for 100 V DC load voltage with a continuous load current of 2.6 A and peak load current of 6.0 A (100 ms, 1 shot). It exhibits extremely low on-resistance of 0.081 O (typical) and 0.17 O (maximum), combined with a low off-state leakage current of maximum 10 µA. The AQZ105 provides high I/O isolation voltage of 2,500 Vrms and operates reliably across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
