DSP1A-DC5V is a small sealed polarized power relay designed for high-capacity switching applications with a compact form factor of 10 mm (H) × 11 mm (W) × 20 mm (L). The relay features a 1 Form A contact arrangement with Au-flashed AgSnO2 contact material, delivering a nominal switching capacity of 8 A at 250 V AC and 5 A at 30 V DC, with maximum switching power of 2,000 VA and 150 W respectively. It operates on a 5 V DC coil voltage with high sensitivity of approximately 190 mW, enabling direct driving from transistors and chips, and provides excellent contact reliability through high contact pressure, low contact bounce, and wiping operation. The relay exhibits a maximum contact resistance of 30 mO (initial), insulation resistance of minimum 1,000 MO at 500 V DC, and breakdown voltage of 2,000 Vrms between open contacts. With mechanical life rated at minimum 5×104 operations and electrical life at minimum 104 operations under resistive load, this relay is ideal for automation control, switching circuits, and applications requiring sealed construction and high reliability in temperature ranges from -40°C to +60°C.
