D341618 is a Dri-Shield 3400 series foil moisture barrier bag designed to provide protection for ESD sensitive and moisture sensitive electronics, typically SMT (Surface Mount Technology) items. The bag is manufactured from a laminate of polyester, foil, and polyethylene, featuring a thickness of 4 mils (0.1016 mm ±10%) with excellent moisture vapor transmission rate of =0.0003 grams/100 sq. in./24 hrs. It offers ESD shielding of less than 10 nJ, surface resistance of 1 x 10^4 to less than 1 x 10^11 ohms on both interior and exterior surfaces, and EMI attenuation of 45 dB (1 to 10 GHz). The bags are heat sealable at 400°F (204°C) and suitable for vacuum packaging, meeting ANSI/ESD S20.20, ANSI/ESD S541, ANSI/ESD S11.4 Level 1, and IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 standards. Ideal for protecting moisture and static sensitive components during storage and shipping when used with desiccant and humidity indicator cards.
