The 67L105P is a subminiature bimetallic thermostat from the Airpax 6700 series designed for accurate thermal sensing and switching in power supplies and crowded PC boards. This RoHS-compliant device features a positive snap action, single pole/single throw configuration with gold-plated contacts and operates over a temperature range of 40°C to 130°C with a standard temperature tolerance of ±5°C. The thermostat achieves switch capability up to 0.5 A at 48 VDC and low-level switching down to 0.001 A at 5 VDC for 100,000 cycles, with contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum.
