It features a 2-7 VDC analog control input range with a maximum load current of 15A and operates across a wide voltage range of 100-240 Vrms at 47-63 Hz. The controller offers a dielectric strength of 2500 Vrms (signal to load and signal to base), a maximum on-state voltage drop of 1.6 Vpk, and a transient overvoltage rating of 600 Vpk. With an ambient operating temperature range of -30 to 80°C and thermally conductive epoxy encapsulation, it is suitable for industrial temperature controllers, light dimming, vibratory feeders, and resistive heating element applications.
