1888631-2 is a QSFP+ single-port (1x1) through bezel cage designed for high-speed data communications applications. This cage features EMI springs for electromagnetic interference suppression and supports networking, PCI, and SAN heatsink configurations. The cage is compatible with 38-position SMT QSFP connectors and uses EMI Plug 1888810-2 for empty ports. Heatsink maximum heights off PCB are 23mm for networking, 16mm for SAN, and 13.7mm for PCI applications. Common applications include storage servers, networking switches, routers, hubs, network interface cards, and telecommunication equipment supporting 10 Gigabit and 40G Ethernet as well as InfiniBand protocols up to FDR (14 Gbps).
