34067 is a pre-insulated PLASTI-GRIP solderless butt splice terminal designed for secure wire-to-wire connections. This terminal accommodates wire sizes from 22-16 AWG (0.26-1.65 mm²) and features a length of 1.065 inches (27.05 mm) with a minimum wire barrel inside diameter of 0.120 inches (3.05 mm). The PVC insulation sleeve provides good dielectric strength and supports the wire insulation to prevent exposed bare wire. It is rated for 600V operating voltage with a maximum operating temperature of 105°C and carries UL/CSA approval with 94V-0 rated insulation. Common applications include panel boxes, motors, switchgear, power supplies, HVAC systems, and general repair and installation work.
