34164 is a pre-insulated PLASTI-GRIP solderless ring terminal from TE Connectivity designed for reliable electrical connections. This terminal accommodates 16-14 AWG (1.04-2.62 mm²) wire sizes and features an M4 stud size with a width of 0.343 inches (8.71 mm) and length of 22.12 mm. The PVC insulation sleeve provides good dielectric strength and supports wire insulation to prevent exposed bare wire, while the funneled wire entry prevents turned back wire strands. The terminal features a wire barrel minimum inside diameter of 0.170 inches (4.32 mm) and is UL listed/CSA approved with 94V-0 rated insulation for 600V 105°C operation.
