The B-155-07-F is a SolderSleeve shield terminator designed for shield-to-ground termination on cables with a maximum jacket outer diameter of 7.0 mm. It features a transparent, radiation-crosslinked polyolefin insulation sleeve and a prefluxed Sn42Bi58 solder preform, which provides a controlled soldering process. This terminator operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and is suitable for cables rated for at least 85°C. The one-piece design offers strain relief, encapsulation, and allows for visual inspection, simplifying installation and reducing costs. It is primarily used for shield-to-ground termination in commercial applications with low-temperature wires that have bare copper or tin plating.
