E14-00A is a single pole general purpose snap action switch featuring a button actuator (Type A) with double throw (SPDT) circuitry. It utilizes a long life coil spring snap action mechanism and is rated for 25 A at 125/250 VAC, 1 HP at 125 VAC / 2 HP at 250 VAC, and 2 A at 48 VDC with an electrical life of 6000 operations. The switch features a maximum operating force of 850 g (1.87 lb), maximum pre-travel of 2.54 mm (0.100 in), operating point of 6.30 ± 0.66 mm (0.248 ± 0.026 in), and minimum over-travel of 1.27 mm (0.050 in). Constructed with a general purpose phenolic case, thermoplastic actuating button, copper terminals and moving blade, stainless steel spring, and silver alloy contacts, it operates at temperatures up to 105°C standard. This RoHS compliant switch is commonly used in household appliances, automated assembly lines, brake switches on utility vehicles, industrial door openers, and vending machines.
