The 5953 is a silver-plated loose piece wire contact designed for use within the PP75 Powerpole® connector series. This contact accommodates wire sizes from 10 to 12 AWG (3.3 to 5.3 mm²) and features a low mating force design, averaging 5 lbf for easier connection and disconnection. As a silver-plated contact, it offers superior electrical performance and durability for up to 10,000 mating cycles. It is designed for wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and wire-to-busbar applications requiring a reliable, high-cycle life power connection within the PP75 system's 600V rating.
