The QW152-L is a stainless steel quarterwave mobile antenna designed for 152–162 MHz operation with unity gain and ½-wave whip configuration. It features a gold-plated brass contact for corrosion resistance and maximum conductivity, combined with heavy-duty Stand-Up™ grommets that resist degradation over time and maintain straightness. The antenna incorporates high spring temper rods and a stainless-steel corona ball that remains fixed to the rod, eliminating dissimilar metal interactions found in competitor designs.
