RGP30M is a fast recovery rectifier diode designed for medium-frequency rectification, snubber, and bootstrap applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 1000 V and a surge peak reverse voltage (VRSM) of 1000 V, with a maximum average forward rectified current (IFAV) of 3 A at 50°C. The diode exhibits a forward voltage drop of less than 1.2 V at 3 A and a reverse recovery time of less than 500 ns, enabling efficient switching performance. With a junction temperature range of -50°C to +150°C and a thermal resistance of 25 K/W (junction to ambient), the RGP30M is well-suited for industrial and commercial-grade applications requiring reliable high-voltage rectification with minimal switching losses.
