The 76HPSB02GWRT is a 2-position surface mount DIP switch from Grayhill's Series 76HP, featuring side-actuated PIANO-DIP® design optimized for SMT assembly including infrared reflow and vapor-phase soldering. The switch measures 0.280 inches (7.1 mm) in length with a 24 mm carrier width, and incorporates reliable spring and ball contact technology with gold-plated brass shorting members and copper alloy base contacts. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, supports make-and-break current ratings of 2,000 operations per switch position at 1 mA/5 Vdc, 50 mA/30 Vdc, or 150 mA/30 Vdc, and maintains initial contact resistance of 30 mO maximum with insulation resistance of 2,000 MO minimum. The switch is easily accessed when PC boards are racked and meets all requirements of MIL-S-83504, making it ideal for applications requiring reliable configuration settings in compact, densely populated circuit boards.
