HFW1201K03 is a half-size high-performance hermetically sealed relay qualified to MIL-R-39016/6, designed for demanding applications requiring reliable switching and excellent RF performance. The relay features 2 Form C (DPDT) contacts with hardened silver alloy stationary contacts and gold-plated hardened silver alloy moveable contacts, capable of switching up to 2 amps at 28 Vdc with a contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum before life testing. It operates over a temperature range of -65°C to +125°C with exceptional mechanical durability, supporting 50 million mechanical operations and withstanding vibration up to 30 G's (10 to 3,000 Hz) and shock up to 100 G's (6 ±1 ms). The relay exhibits excellent RF switching characteristics with low insertion loss and high isolation across the frequency spectrum, making it ideal for aerospace, military, telecommunications, and test instrumentation applications where hermetic sealing, high reliability, and RF performance are critical requirements.
