The connector features a front metal shell with self-locking threaded insert (4-40 UNC) for secure mating, grounding indents, and a low-profile design with black thermoplastic housing rated UL 94V-0. It accommodates wire gauges from 28-26 AWG (0.08–0.15 mm²) with a ribbon cable centerline spacing of 1.27 mm (0.050 in), and includes preloaded phosphor bronze pin contacts with gold flash plating for reliable signal transmission. The connector is RoHS and ELV compliant, making it suitable for industrial control systems, data acquisition equipment, and ribbon cable interconnect applications requiring robust mechanical and electrical performance.
