CC2A23 is a fully-calibrated humidity and temperature sensor from the ChipCap 2 series, featuring analog output and optimized for 3.3V operation. It delivers ±2% RH accuracy (20-80% RH) and ±0.3°C temperature accuracy with 14-bit resolution for both measurements. The sensor operates over a wide supply voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V with typical current consumption of 750 µA and ultra-low sleep current of 0.6 µA. It features a capacitive polymer RH sensor and PTA temperature sensor integrated in a compact SMD LCC package measuring 5.5 x 4.0 mm, suitable for automated reflow assembly. Common applications include HVAC control, medical instruments, weather stations, automotive cabin climate control, and handheld devices where reliable humidity and temperature sensing is required.
