31-71RFX is a BNC RF connector designed for coaxial cable termination applications. BNC connectors feature a miniature quick connect/disconnect design with two bayonet lugs on the female connector, allowing mating with only a quarter turn of the coupling nut. The connector body is constructed with brass and nickel plating, with PTFE insulator and silicone rubber gasket materials. Amphenol 50O BNC connectors are useable up to 11 GHz and typically yield low reflection through 4 GHz. These connectors are ideally suited for cable termination for miniature to subminiature coaxial cables such as RG-58, RG-59, RG-179, and RG-316.
