It features selectable test frequencies of 100 Hz, 120 Hz, 1 kHz, and 10 kHz with 0.02% accuracy of actual test frequency, a test signal level of approximately 0.6 Vrms, and 0.5% basic accuracy across measurement ranges. The meter includes a backlit display, fast auto-ranging capability, series/parallel measurement modes, and a response time of approximately 680 ms per device under test.
