The 2036-09-SMLF is a high-temperature rated TRIGARD™ series 3-electrode gas discharge tube (GDT) surge protection device designed for robust performance in harsh environments. This surface mount device features a 90 V DC sparkover voltage (±25% @ 100 V/s) and 250 V impulse sparkover at 100 V/µs, with an impulse transverse delay of less than 75 ns and nominal insulation resistance of 10¹° O initially. The device operates across a wide temperature range of -55 °C to +125 °C, maintains low capacitance (less than 2 pF at 1 MHz), and is housed in a compact 5 mm diameter package with a height of 7.3 mm. It is ideal for outdoor communications equipment and systems exposed to harsh environmental conditions, offering stable long-term performance and UL recognition for reliable surge protection.
