The 2036-30-BLF is a high-temperature rated TRIGARD™ series 3-electrode gas discharge tube (GDT) surge protection device manufactured by Bourns, designed for robust performance in harsh environments. This surface mount device features a compact 5 mm diameter package with a DC sparkover voltage of 300 V (±25%), impulse sparkover capability at 100 V/µs of 600 V, and an impulse transverse delay of less than 75 ns at 1000 V/µs. The device operates reliably over a wide temperature range from -55°C to +125°C with stable performance, low capacitance (less than 2 pF at 1 MHz), and a nominal insulation resistance of 10¹° O.
