4114R-2-102LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network featuring 13 bussed resistors with a common pin (pin 14) and a resistance value of 1 kO. This 14-pin low profile device offers a resistance tolerance of ±2%, temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C (50 O to 2.2 MO), and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The component features a power rating of 0.125 watt per resistor at 70°C with a total package power rating of 2.00 watts. With RoHS compliant tin-plated terminations, UL94V-0 flammability rating, and compatibility with automatic insertion equipment, this resistor network is well-suited for DRAM applications, SCSI applications, and other digital circuit termination requirements.
