The 4606X-102-222 is an isolated thick-film conformal single-in-line package (SIP) resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring 2 to 7 isolated resistors of equal value with the resistance code 222 (2200 ohms). The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO), and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS. The 4606X package is rated for 0.75 watts at 70°C ambient temperature, with individual resistor power ratings of 0.20 watts at 70°C. This low-profile design is compatible with DIP footprints, features RoHS compliance, and is recommended for rosin flux and solvent clean or no-clean flux processes, making it ideal for applications in DRAM, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks where space-constrained, reliable resistor networks are required.
