CD143A-SR05LC is a steering/TVS diode array designed to provide ESD, EFT, and surge protection for external ports of portable electronic devices. The device offers low capacitance of 3 pF maximum between I/O pins and ground, with ESD protection exceeding ±8 kV contact and ±15 kV air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2.
