The CD-HD2004 is a surface mount Schottky bridge rectifier diode designed for rectification applications in compact electronic systems. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 40 V, a maximum average forward rectified current of 2.0 A at 55°C, and an instantaneous forward voltage of 0.49–0.5 V. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and is housed in a compact 0.24" × 0.19" chip package that provides significant PCB real estate savings compared to standard rectifier packages.
