CDSOT23-T05 is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor diode array designed for surge and ESD protection in compact SOT-23 package format. The device features a breakdown voltage of 8.5 V at 1 mA, a working peak voltage of 8.0 V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 13.4 V at 1 A peak current. It provides ESD protection up to 30 kV (per IEC 61000-4-2) and meets IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) requirements. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and features typical capacitance of 250 pF (unidirectional) at 0 V, 1 MHz.
