MOV-14D391KTR is a 14 mm radial leaded metal oxide varistor designed to protect against overvoltage transients such as lightning, power contact, and power induction. This device features a nominal varistor voltage of 390 V with a maximum continuous voltage rating of 250 V (r.m.s.), a voltage at 1 mA DC of 320 V, and a class current voltage of 429 V at 50 A. The varistor exhibits high current handling capability with a maximum peak current of 50 A (8/20 µs), maximum peak energy of 650 J, and a fast response time of 10–25 ns. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and is RoHS compliant with UL 1449 certification.
