RJ24FX500 is a multiturn cermet trimming potentiometer (Trimpot) designed for industrial sealed applications requiring precision adjustment and high reliability. This 3/8" square device features a maximum adjustment torque of 5.0 oz-in, wiper positioned at 50% (±10%) of actual total resistance, and mechanical stops with wiper idle operation. The potentiometer operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 PPM/°C, and is rated for 0.5 watts at 85°C with a maximum voltage of 300 volts. It meets MIL-PRF-22097 and MIL-PRF-39035 specifications, undergoes 96-hour humidity testing per MIL-STD-202 Method 106, and demonstrates excellent mechanical durability with 200 rotational cycles at 2% total resistance change.
