SMAJ18A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surge and ESD protection applications. It features a breakdown voltage range of 20.0 V to 22.1 V, a working peak reverse voltage of 18 V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 29.2 V at peak pulse current. The device offers 400 W peak pulse power dissipation (Tp = 1 ms) and is housed in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package.
