152247 is a Brady B-581 repositionable vinyl marking film designed for indoor labels where frequent repositioning is required. This high gloss, durable, and flexible pressure sensitive adhesive product features a total thickness of 0.005 in. (0.125mm) and utilizes a repositionable pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive on a vinyl film substrate. The material offers adhesion to steel of 16 oz/in. (18 N/100) at 15-minute dwell and 30 oz/in. (33 N/100) at ultimate dwell, with a service temperature range of -40°F to 180°F (-40°C to 82°C). It provides excellent abrasion resistance with the printed legend withstanding up to 250 cycles and the substrate withstanding up to 8000 cycles. This labeling material is ideal for use with Labelizer Plus, VersaPrinter, HandiMark, and GlobalMark label makers, offering an average outdoor durability of 5 years.
