The label features a total thickness of 0.0028 inch (0.0711 mm) with a substrate thickness of 0.0020 inch (0.0508 mm) and adhesive thickness of 0.0008 inch (0.0203 mm), utilizing a permanent acrylic adhesive. It offers excellent adhesion to stainless steel at 61 oz/inch (67 N/100 mm) after 24-hour dwell and withstands temperatures from -40°C to 180°C short-term, with humidity, UV light, salt fog, and weatherability resistance. The environmentally friendly film contains at least 25% recycled PET and is UL and cUL recognized when printed with Brady Series R4900 or R6000 Halogen Free ribbons.
