B33-7-434 is a thermal transfer printable gloss metallized polyester label stock designed for rating plate and general purpose labeling on textured surfaces. It features a permanent acrylic adhesive with a total thickness of 0.004 inch (0.102 mm) excluding liner, comprising a 0.002 inch substrate and 0.002 inch adhesive layer. The label demonstrates excellent adhesion to stainless steel (113 oz/in after 24-hour dwell), textured ABS, and polypropylene surfaces. It offers long-term service temperature capability from -94°F (-70°C) to 266°F (130°C) and withstands exposure to numerous solvents, UV light, humidity, salt fog, and abrasion. This UL Recognized and CSA Accepted material is compatible with Brady Series R4900 and R6000 Halogen Free ribbons, making it ideal for durable industrial labeling applications.
