CW7100 is a silver-filled silicone conductive grease designed to provide maximum electrical and thermal conductivity along with proven lubrication properties and protection from moisture, oxidation, and environmental hazards. The product features a volume resistivity of less than 0.01 ohm-cm, thermal conductivity of 5.6 W/m°K, and operates reliably across a wide temperature range from -70°F to 485°F (-57°C to 252°C). It is formulated as a smooth paste with excellent moisture resistance, chemical resistance, and corrosion protection on copper, while maintaining very low viscosity change with temperature. CW7100 is ideal for high and low power applications including lubrication of substation switches and circuit breakers, heat dissipation from transformers, sliding contacts, static grounding, and extending the life of rotating switches.
