CGB116 is a straight body male thread cord and cable fitting designed for use with portable cords and cable types MV (unarmored), PLTC, SE (round), TC, and UF cables. This 1/2" NPT fitting accommodates cord diameters from 0.250" to 0.375" and features an inside body diameter of 0.469". The fitting is complete with a gland nut and neoprene bushing, providing an environmental seal and secure connection for flexible cord and unarmored round cables. It is rated for Class I Division 2 Groups A, B, C, D; Class II Division 1 Groups E, F, G; Class II Division 2 Groups F, G; and Class III hazardous locations when installed in accordance with NEC/CEC requirements. The rugged construction protects cord and cable from damage, and the compact design permits close grouping of multiple cords and cables, with a single nut tightening action creating a watertight seal suitable for enclosures, bulkheads, and rigid conduit installations.
