DAT71275-HR is a high-voltage reed relay designed for demanding applications requiring very high isolation voltages and low leakage current. This relay features 7.5 kV isolation between contacts with tungsten contact material, enabling switching of voltages up to 3500 V DC or AC peak with a maximum switching current of 2 A and carry current of 3 A. The relay achieves exceptional insulation resistance of 1×106 O minimum with a contact resistance of 250 mO (typical 100 mO), making it ideal for sensitive test and measurement circuits. Available with coil voltages of 5V, 12V, or 24V DC, the relay operates over a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and delivers a lifetime of 106 cycles in dry switching conditions.
