BR100-03LLD is an SMD trigger diode (diac) designed for bidirectional switching and triggering of triacs and thyristors in AC control circuits. It features a breakover voltage of 28–36 V with low asymmetry (< 3 V), peak pulse current capability of ±2 A, and a maximum power dissipation of 150 mW. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -50°C to +125°C and includes protection against fault triggering by light.
