KST221GLFS is a long travel tactile switch designed for surface mount technology (SMT) applications with momentary operation. It features a rubber actuator, silver contact material, gullwing (G) terminals, and an SPST normally open contact arrangement. The switch offers an operating force of 1.6-3.2 N (±30%), travel to make of 1.3+0.3/-0.2 mm, and is rated for 100,000 operations. Electrical specifications include maximum switching power of 1.0 VA, maximum voltage of 32 VDC, maximum current of 50 mA, and contact resistance less than 100 mO. With IP40 sealing and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, this RoHS compliant switch is suitable for front panel, car dashboard, telephone, and instrumentation applications.
