The NANOT160BP is an ultra-compact side-actuated tactile switch from the NanoT Series, featuring PIP (Pin in Paste) termination designed for sophisticated applications in wearables, portable medical devices, and IoT systems. It delivers a 160 gf ±50 actuation force with a 0.1 ± 0.05 mm travel distance and is rated for 300,000 life cycles, ensuring durability in demanding environments. The switch measures 2.2 × 1.7 × 1.7 mm, making it one of the smallest tactile solutions available, and features silver-plated contacts with a maximum contact resistance of 500 mO. Operating across -40°C to 85°C with IP67 waterproof protection, it supports up to 15V and 20 mA, delivering 0.3 VA DC maximum power.
